I think that all places that suffer from his BS should install a "MOO ROOM" Make it very similar to a porta potty, a very small single occupancy uncomfortable hose-able plastic room (preferably with cows on it) where these moos can go and squirt themselves into bliss all they want. Hose it down between heifers and it'd be fine. Have an attached fridge with biohazard warnings all over it for them to store the puss when they're done.
